Greetings Horse fans! NYRA erred on the side of safety (supposedly) so they canceled four more turf races and scratched dozens of horses! Par for the course in 2024 – one of the most annoying meets on record for scratches. Fred saw his picks scratched out of three races including the finale. Thankfully, a $68 exacta in the 7th made up for the annoying day. Onward and upward for a Thursday!
