Well, it was bound to happen. Ten days into the meet, Fred lost the first race by a nose, the second by a head, the third race by a half length, and had his pick in the fourth and fifth run fourth. It turned into a very long day for Fred and his followers. After crushing it on Sunday, Fred the Horse became Fred the Iceberg. As Fred sees it, there is only one way to go from here–straight up! Fred is very much looking forward to Turn Around Thursday!
